  1. So, week without smoking, eating fully paleo now and have lost 6.5kg/14.33 lbs. Feeling amazeballs
  2. Still working on that, just applied for a couple and making a list of places to visit with resumes and a cheery attitude

  4. 2 days without smoking, nearly fully paleo, walking 3 times a week, 2 rebel fitness sessions a week and lost 5kg/11lbs. I feel freaking amazing! (Except for the part where I want a cigarette and would punch a toddler to get one)
  5. Well, Going ok so far. Have replaced one 2l diet coke per day with a 2l bottle of water. BAM! Also on pre-quit patches and have gone from 25 to 5 - 10 a day. Been exercising using the Rebel fitness guide every third day and walking/jogging nearly every day. Feeling good

  8. There are a few exercises i've used to improve my posture for my swordfighting and they are all really easy to do. I think the best one is standing up straight and moving your shoulders back like you're trying to get your shoulder blades to touch.
  9. Good luck! I definitely get wanting to drink more water. I've tried getting cool water bottles but still can't seem to do much except change the type of diet soda i'm drinking. Are you drinking a lot of other things or just not drinking much at all?

I thought i'd try and start it off with a bang and go for a nice long walk when I woke up today but alas it's winter and quite soggy outside I did however do the first level of the Rebel fitness guide (with modified pushups) and feel pretty damn good. I think the accountability and wanting to be part of the team on this challenge might be the right thing for me to actually get some of these done

    G'day folks, time to adventurer this up a notch. I'm in a pretty sorry state of affairs as it's going and have tried to start many times but i'm hoping this will be a good spur to get me off my tuchus. I'm disabled (deformed shoulder joint) and suffer chronic pain so that's been my main sticking point to get the motivation up to "keep on keeping on". Developed a few bad habits over the last few years that I REALLY need/want to kick. Currently weigh 166kgs (365 lbs) which is terrible and I am obese but I also have a substantial amount of muscle so my target weight is about 100 - 120kgs. I also smoke a pack a day and drink between 2 - 4L of diet coke a day. Not to mention the fact that I pretty much only eat one proper meal a day and have bad snacks before bed. Diet/Health Goals Eat 3+ proper (ideally paleo) meals a day (+2 con +1 wis) Cut down to a maximum of 1L diet coke a day (+1 wis) Quit smoking (+2 sta +2 con +1wis +1cha) Fitness Goals Take a 30min walk at least 3 times a week (+1 sta) At least 3 sessions of bodyweight/strength training per week (+2 str) Life Goal Find a decently paying full time job my shoulders can handle. (+1 cha +20 gold for bling) My starting stats would likely be: STR 4 (I have to be careful hugging friends and have broken punching bags) DEX 2 STA 2 CON 3 WIS 2 CHA 2 One side goal is to transition myself from more of a Warrior type (I study and teach swordplay) into a fast, nimble, athletic Assassin/Ranger combo. Do we get power rings?
