  1. It's been a week since my last update, but I have been working out. Not as much as I probably should have. I didn't run on Friday or do any training on Saturday or Tuesday, but I did go for a run on Monday and Wednesday. Each time I ran 3km in about 21 minutes. Today I did another beginner bodyweight workout. I managed 10 push-ups again in both circuits, though I did get interrupted 3 times for a total of about 5 minutes during the first circuit by my mom looking for tech support (I'm sure I'm not the first one on this forum 😉).
  2. I'm thinking I might have exercised a bit too much, because I had some trouble today with the beginner bodyweight workout. I did 2 circuits but only managed 7 push-ups both circuits. Also the other exercises went not as good as the last few times. From now on I'll only be doing strength training twice a week instead 3 times like the last 2 weeks.
  3. Just did another 3km run this time in 20,5 min.
  4. Forgot to update again yesterday, I ran 3,03km in 22min 46. Today I did another 2 circuits of the beginner bodyweight workout this time without stopping except for about 30s between the 2 circuits.
  5. Apparently I forgot to update you guys yesterday. I ran 3km in 23 min. Today I did another 2 circuits of the beginner bodyweight workout. Again with 10 push-ups in each circuit. I did rest in between for about 2 min, because I wanted to watch Steve's video to see if I was doing the lunges wrong. I was doing double the amount he says in the video, I was doing 20 with each leg, but in the video Steve says 1 rep is just with 1 leg.
  6. Just completed 2 full circuits of the beginner bodyweight workout. And I do mean full as in all the exercises as prescribed by Steve. I did rest a bit more than last time.
  7. Just completed another run. No Zombie's, Run! this time, I used runtastic to record it. I ran just under 3km in just under 22 min. There should be a link to the run here: https://www.runtastic.com/sport-sessions/1054212801
  8. And another 2 circuits of the beginner bodyweight workout done. Pretty much same as last time, except today I managed 3 more total push-ups bringing the count for the first circuit to 10 and for the second circuit to 7.
  9. Just got back from a run. I ran 3,44km in just over 27 minutes. Decided to reward myself with a banana😉
  10. Just completed another 2 circuits of the beginner bodyweight workout. Just like last time I rested in between the 2 for about 30s. Unlike last time I didn't rest after the second set of push-ups, but after the second plank. Also I managed an extra push-up in each of the 2 sets, so 8 in the first set and 6 in the second.
  11. I didn't get to running on wednesday, nor did I manage to get a strength workout in yesterday. But today I did go for a run, with the new setup on Zombie's, Run!. It worked (for now), didn't get any breaks in the music or the story. The run was 3,12 km and lasted about 27 min. Though I did get back home just before the story ended. I'll try to get another strength workout in tomorrow.
  12. Another update for you guys. I just completed 2 almost full circuits of the beginner bodyweight workout, I say almost full because I couldn't do the 10 push-ups. I did 7 the first circuit and 5 on the second run. I also paused for about a minute between the 2 circuits and for half a minute or so after the push-ups on the second circuit. Also I found a music player for Android that allowed me to create a playlist that Zombie's, Run! can read. I haven't done a full test to see if my phone can handle that for a full run, but I should be able to do that tomorrow. See you guys then.
  13. Hey guys, I didn't manage to go for a run on friday, or do the strength training on saturday. I did go for a run on saturday, I did a 10 min run and a 25 min run with a 2 min walk. My sister is following some app and asked if I wanted to join her for her run. She runs quite a bit slower then me tho, my calves even started hurting during the 10 min part. During the 25 min run I accelerated away from her for a bit to relieve my calves. And today I was supposed to run again with Zombie's Run!, but I was too lazy again. Any tips to help me get off my ass and away from my pc are appreciated. I'll try to get a strength workout in tomorrow. Bye guys.
  14. Hey guys, I'm back with an update allready. Just did the beginner bodyweight workout. Only did 1 circuit but without resting. For my warm-up I ran up and down 2 flights of stairs 3 times did the circuit and ran up and down another flight of stairs in between (because I forgot my weight for the dumbbell rows). I didn't manage a full circuit tho, I had to stop the push-ups after 8. I know what I'll be building up to the next couple of times. Thanks for reading. See you after my next workout.
  15. Hey everyone I'm currently weighing about 89kg with a belly circumference (if that's correct english) of 109cm or 196lbs and 43 inches approximately. I decided to start a battle log, because I need the accountabillity to stay on track. My workout plan was to go for runs with Zombie's, Run! on mondays, wednesdays and fridays and then do the beginner bodyweight workout as strength training on tuesday, thursday and saturday. Any advice is appreciated. I was gonna start this week, but I only managed to go for my monday run. That ended on a downer, because my moto G2 apparently can't handle running both Zombie's, Run! and Google Play Music. I've been looking at creating a playlist in Play Music on the phone so I can use the music player built in to Zombie's, Run!, but I haven't found how to get it to work yet. Any advice would be helpful (there has to be someone on this forum that has a solution ). That's it for now (I think).
