  1. I feel that down to the bone. It's not something I have ever aspired to.
  2. Day 2: Tuesday 3/26/24 Came home from work & did self-care by resting for 30 minutes. Warrior's barracks: Walked 3 miles Room of Ritual: 👎 Monk's Temple: Prayer & memory verses✅ Still behind on my reading plan. Athenaeum: 👎 Was super-tired. No spoons left.☹
  3. Day 1: Monday 3/25/24 Came home from work, started laundry, & did self-care by resting for 30 minutes. Warrior's barracks: Did the Daily Dare today--60 second pacer steps Room of Ritual: Put some laundry away Monk's Temple: Prayer & memory verses✅ Still behind on my reading plan, but hoping to read before bed. Athenaeum: Getting ready to do some knitting Anatomy: flashcards done-still need to read a bit. Overall it's not too bad of a day. I just need to remember that resting-even when I have things to do-is allowable & not to beat myself up for doing it.

  6. Anavah strides into the bar & plops down on the nearest chair. & says, "Barkeep, chamomile-lemon tea if you please." Then proceeds to pull out her knitting, nodding thanks to Sovalis for her drink.
  7. Yeah...I can't take it. It gives me horrible nightmares.
  8. Ohhh, they look lovely! I have yet to succeed in making them & I dearly love them!
  9. Here & following along. It seems like a lot of us are stuck in all-work-no-play mode as I am now doing 30 minutes of crafting/playing each day.
  10. Soo this happened: blood pressure 225/116 😭ending up with me in the hospital for 3 hours while they brought it back down. I am now on meds for the forseeable future. Stress 😥 + not eating correctly or sleeping well. Prayers greatly appreciated. Needless to say: this challenge will be a departure from my last two. Warrior's barracks: Not sure whether running will be happening. I am going to try to continue with: 1. Kettlebell ladders 2. The 100 Glute challenge 3. Daily Dare as I am able. I have a doc. appointment the 1st week of April & will make a solid decision on running after that. If running is a no-go, I may sub ballet-based movement instead. Room of Ritual: I need to get my house back in order so this component will focus on decluttering 15 minutes M-T-TH-F & organization; beginning with my bedroom. I have really let this get out of hand & am disgusted with myself.😤 Monk's Temple Daily prayer, memory verses, & reading plan Athenaeum Let the craftiness begin! Take time each day to be creative (at least 30 minutes) Also delving back in to Anatomy: specifically brain function. Details to follow. Wednesday is 'fun day' once I get off work. @Rookie@Elastigirl
