    lunch ideas

    So before I discovered nerd fitness I was pretty addicted to bread and bread-related foods. Does anyone have any suggestions for bread replacements and/or lunch ideas (that's not a salad)? I ask because I'm so used to bring an almond butter sandwich for lunch, but now it's getting harder.
  3. Hey everyone, I just stumbled across Nerd Fitness a few weeks ago when I finally decided that I want to be in shape dammit. Making up for 26 years of a sedentary lifestyle is a little tough, so I hope I won't have to do this alone. I'm currently trying to work out at least 30 minutes a day and throw in some boxing/yoga/running when I don't feel so lazy. I'm really looking forward to being a part of this community! Kathy
