  1. I've been reding Nerd Fitness for a while now, but this is my first post on the forums. I'm 6'2" and a fairly skinny, although I've got a bit of a pot belly. I work full time as a baker (only organic bread, no cakes) which keeps me reasonably physical, but I'm not really, properly fit. I have broad shoulders but the rest of my body looks pretty terrible, I have a concave chest and where my pecks should be it's just a bit squishy. So! Here's my goals: 1. For starters, I want to achieve a decent base level of overall fitness. 2. I want my chest/torso to look like a man's, not a 12 year old boy's. I've never really done much exercise, at least not on purpose, so I thought it's time to change that. I don't like gyms, so I started the beginners bodyweight circut not long ago. I was doing about 65% of the full routine to start off with (fewer lunges/pushups and 1 less complete set), and I was happy with that to start off with, but then I got sick for a couple of weeks. I'm now fully recovered and all set to get right back into it. The BW circut is a pretty good workout for me, gets all my muscles working and I feel it the next day, but because I want to get some real definition, especially in my chest, I figured the routine at hundredpushups.com would be a good one to follow. So here's my question(s): Is the BW circut + pushups routine a good idea? Should I do them seperatly or somehow combine the two? Or should I just create my own workout with extra pushups/chest exercises? And is there anything perhaps I should be doing that I'm not? Thanks!
