    Conditioning Day 20 minutes Jump Rope Good workout this morning. It helps that I feel like last night was the first good night's sleep I have had in a week. Also kind of jazzed up because my wife casually mentioned that working out is starting to give me a bubble butt, but in a good way.

    Thanks but actually not great. I've drunken zero water going on a week now and my protein intake is very low. I eat and stay away from junk but when I log it I am always under calories and way under protein. I don't really understand why, I eat eggs, cheese, a can of chicken for lunch and wash it down with a protein bar but barely hit a 100g. Dinner is hit or miss depending on if we cook or not. How the heck do you get a gram per pound of body weight without eating a two steak dinner? I will refocus on my water intake and start drinking a protein shake when I get home from work.

    Training Day 3x5 bench press 100/115/125# 2x10 curls @50# Bat wings Took it easy today, just feel so beat up. I have not been hitting my water or protein goals and it shows.
  4. The heat index was 104°F today. I don't know if I can stomach pumpkin anything until the temperature gets below 92°

    Training Day 3x5 OHP 65/75/85# 3x10 KB press 3x10 goblet squats 2x10 close grip bench 85# The insomnia lasted for three days and I skipped my workout yesterday. Last night I loaded up on valaren root and a melatonin and passed out. I finally got some sleep and feel a whole lot better today but still dealing with some sleep debt.

    Insomnia hit last night and got only a few hours of sleep. Work is going to be fun today. Taking the day off from any sort of workout, too tired to even do mobility work.

    Training Day 3x3 Beach Press 95/105/120 1x10 Goblet Squats 1x10 KB Press I felt strong on the beach press but overall felt a little beat up and tired so did one set of kettlebell and called it a day.

    Hiro, hero for hire. Ruthless, intelligent, efficient. You have an impossible problem, then he's the man to call. Slim, trim, cocky grin, completely self contained and self assured. He stays in peak physical condition through training and daily activity. His body looks like it was carved out of wood, strong and capable, lean and hard, without bulk, but flexible and defined.  He has more than enough energy to run, jump, and play all day, with energy to burn, never stopping and never quitting until he is done.  ------------------------------  FALL CHALLENGE A new challenge. I have spent the last few challenges building the exercise habit, zeroing in on what exercises and routines I like to do, and even had a mini bulk cycle. Now this challenge I want to become and feel athletic. That basically means being coordinated and conditioned, while staying strong. The theme for this challenge is Starlord. I love him and he is one of my favorite super heroes. Plus with my new dad bod I kind of feel like him right now. Let's go get that bread! Goals for this challenge: #1 Stay Strong Follow my weekly routine 3x week: Base BB exercise KB cycles (squat, press, and swing) #2 Conditioning I plan on getting good at the jump rope. I will play with it and see how I will plan this out 2-3 times a week. #3 Fuel I feel better when I get enough protein and water. Daily protein target: 150g Daily water target: 48oz
