    I'm a big fan of my nightly walks around my neighbourhood too. Distance varies from 1 mile (loop around the block) to 3 (extend the loop). Nice job with the consistency of your walks!

    I tried to be hip and looked at Nike or ASICS but at the end of the day my feet hurt so ended up with old man Sketchers with the memory foam cushion. They are comfy

  2. Get up h3r0. Get up and walk. My body doesn’t respond. That curse the sorcerer hit me with really did a number on me. I can’t tell how long I have been lying here but if the moss and mushrooms growing on me are any indication then it has been awhile. I can see that my armor and weapons are rusted and ruined but that isn’t my biggest problem right now. My muscles are completely atrophied and the nearest town is 40 miles away. I have to get up and walk there to get help. Now get up h3r0, GET UP!




    I am badly out of shape and my last challenge didn’t go well. I am dialing things way down and focusing on the habit.

    1. Nightly Walk: 40 miles total by challenge end
    2. Practice my kettlebell get ups

    Leg Day:

    4x12 KB DL 16kg

    4x5 KB Goblet Squat 16kg

    4x16 DKB Calf Raises 16kg

    4 sets DKB Farmers Walk 16kg


    a nice little workout 


    No formal workout yesterday but spent the morning doing yard work and got my 10,000 steps in. 


    diet has fallen off a cliff. I think I was being too ambitious and need to rethink it.

    Day 4, 5, and 6 completed. I’m actually sticking to the workouts which is nice. 

    my abs still sore from ab day and I am not looking forward to leg day tomorrow 

    I have been hitting my calorie goals with the exception of yesterday. Went to lunch with a friend and blew it out.

    Curious to hear your thoughts on this program. I followed it during the 2020 hermiting phase and found that I although I had to adjust several of the later exercises to account for my tendinitis and weak shoulder, it struck me as a solid program with results.

    Too early to say from experience but it follows a tried and true bodybuilding split and high volume 4 sets of 8-12 etc. I wouldn’t think it would be good for strength but probably a good cutting routine with short rest periods or a building routine with heavy weights and more rest. If I enjoy it I may do another round with adjustments
