  1. I'm trying to get healthy, get in shape, and the like. This site has already proven useful, though I'm not a big gamer type and would like an accountability partner. I like being efficient though, so if I (being a Christian) can improve my spiritual health too, I would love a side kick to kill two birds with one stone, preferably close to me in age (22)
  2. I stumbled across Nerd Fitness while looking for instructions on proper squats. I have no equipment, a minimal budget, and don't want to get embarrassed by an old hide a bed again. So far I am doing push ups, side planks, wall squats, free squats, and planks if my core can take it. What else should I do? anything I don't need? (I do this every other day)
