Hello, I wasn't sure how to call this. Basically, I need something that doesn't require a large number of ingredients to make and that I can cook once a week and then not have to cook again during the week. I've found a few recipes that either have a large number of ingredients (making sourcing everything cost-effectively a pain) or that has been a few items but did not seem that you could scale it up in order to make the large enough volume. If I could replace the meat portion with fish from time to time, that would be awesome . Lots of veggies is a huge plus. Any ideas?

Dunno if anyone has any experience in coming up with and then licensing ideas to larger companies. If so, what would you recommend?

Hi, I've had a hard time gaining muscle (I did gain some strength). I figured I'd try LOMAD. I had about a liter of milk yesterday and... not fun. Frankly, I got a very bad case of gas afterwards and my stomach was in knots... Since I can't digest milk very well, what would you recommend for an alternative? Or should I stick with it and digestion will get easier?

Just curious, has anyone tried this and baked anything? How did it turn out? How paleo is it? I'd imagine that it's 100% paleo, yes?

I've done some reading and soy in a man's diet is a bad thing, I get it. Lower testosterone and that brings in a whole slew of problems. However, when I read about women's health, I got mixed signals. By the way, is soy paleo?

Hi all, I managed to convince my wife that the paleo diet is a good thing. However, she wants something that's in a soup. Are there any good paleo soup recipes that I can try? I'd like to avoid white potatoes and grains if possible. Thoughts?

This is true. However, personally, I'm fine with it if it's not processed garbage (harder to accumulate and easier to burn off and still healthier than a can of Pepsi). What about cashews? Those are nuts, right?
