  1. Ooops! Forgot to update in a while, sorry I didn't prepare a bullet journal for this week (since I keep doing the same things everyday and there's not much to write, but experimenting was fun). Not bad, but could've been better. I haven't finished Dracula, but I think I should start writing the dissertation instead of reading. I've only 3 months left! Of course we are
  2. Week 1 is over, yay! -I'm down to 85.2 kg (from 86.8 last week) -Getting much better at hula-hooping! When I first started I could barely revolve it 10 times, now I can do more than 100! From now on I'm going to start counting the minutes, not revolutions. Still can't do any tricks, though. -Prepared this week's bullet journal, it's the same as last week's. This time I tried to include a meal plan, but it's not really my thing. I can't stick to plans *shrugs* -Still reading Dracula, I'm a slow reader. I guess it's going to take 3 weeks to finish it.
  3. Don't you get bored while playing Sims 4? Or is it just me? I love the optimization in 4 and don't really care about the open world thing, but I really wish they released the same expansion packs with Sims 3. Pets or Seasons at least
  4. Nope, nowhere I can work out without getting disturbed by the others I had so much negative experience with martial arts in the past (mostly due to my weight) that I'm anxious to give it another try, but I still want to.

So, apparently I don't have much audience this time, but that's okay Here are some good news: -I bought a jump rope: This was definitely an impulse purchase, but there was fitness-themed sale in my local grocery store, and it was so cheap I couldn't help myself I'd like to use it now, but I live in an apartment and I don't want to disturb the neighbors living downstairs, considering the fact that we don't get along very well. -No junk food on Monday and Tuesday: There was a time I couldn't go for a day without binging. Now most of the time I simply don't want to. -Finally had my period: The scale goes crazy when I miss my period for a month! I'm soooo glad I will finally be able to see my REAL weight loss progress by the end of this week. -Might fall in love with bullet journaling: Yep, who knew? Compared to some of the stuff I've seen on Instagram, mine is a bit dull, though. -Started reading Dracula: This is the last novel I have to read for my dissertation. Thankfully I love the book! -I found a wing-chun class nearby: If I wasn't super self-conscious, I would go there now, so instead I'm going to use it as a "loot." Once I weight less then 80 kgs, I'm going to pay them a visit. If it goes well, I might switch to the Monks. That's all I can think of for now. Until next time!

  8. Hey guys, I'm back after a few unsuccessful challenges! I actually didn't stop eating healthy and exercising, but I was just too lazy to check in. Weird? Maybe, but sometimes I can't find anything to share about my progress. My life is pretty boring, haha. Hitting a plateau doesn't help either. Yeah, after losing 10+ kgs since January, I've been up and down between 86-87 kgs for the last 2 months Anyway, here I am, again, and some community support would be nice. Like the title says, I'm going to keep it simple. 1. Tracking: Bullet Journal Okay, so I'm giving this bullet journal trend a try. At first, it didn't make much sense to me, but it might be better than writing my food intake down on a piece of paper everyday and never looking at it back. I will only keep track of how much junk food and veggies I eat, and also my daily activities (walking or hooping). Here's the first week's page: Yeah, I had an Instagram account I normally never use, only uploaded a photo to share with you guys... See how much I love you 2. Try Yoga At Least Once I want to do yoga, but I don't want to establish any yoga routine goals without actually trying it first. This month, I'll find a yoga video to try and see how it goes. Do Something "Mental" Everyday The first empty column of the journal above is reserved for this I want to improve myself mentally, so I'll try to do at least one mental thing everyday. It could be reading, taking a course on Coursera, or learn a foreign language. I used to be very curious and eager to learn. After years of depression and anxiety, I struggle learning, reading and memorizing things. I want my mental superpowers back!

  11. Thanks! I haven't done much hula-hooping this week, I'm afraid. It was mostly just walking Maybe next week I'll switch to the hoop.
