  1. I have a 3 month old.. I pump and go to the gym. Daddy is supportive so I can get out for two hours.. I'll feed before and then make sure to have 6 oz pumped.
  2. If you want something totally different.. And something new for your body I suggest you compelty change things up and do something with carido. Itll help you loose some extra weight, and because of that it'll tone your core up more than it is. I suggest zumba. You can find YouTube videos and buy them at target or Walmart... Its not to build muscle so much but will help tone your stomach because cardio burns fat and your abs are hiding behind the fat in your stomach. We are similar in size. I'm 5'2 almost... and 138.   3. Yey!!! I have been approved to start working out again. Doctor said as long as I'm not trying to be the hulk it shouldn't interfere with nursing which was my biggest concern. So I'm going to give myself till Monday to start. I'm going to get my weights and everything cleaned up and ready to use, and research my top 2 gym picks, take measurements and pictures and get into the game! I'll be in time for the next challenge! Excited

  5. Post on more of the topics.. Ask questions.. People will see them and help if they're I formed in the topic..like I said I'm super new like last week new.. So I'm not exactly positive on everything myself... I like the " loosing weight means you'll look good in clothes, exercising means you'll look good naked.". Saying but that's not a very manly one.

  8. Yes helped a lot thanks! I would robably benefit a lot from preping meals and my hubby would probably enjoying having breakfast preped.. He works early some days and I don't get up at 5 to make him breakfast like I use to. Any ideas for good meals to prep? ask me what I did to help reach my goal today! human adventurer lvl 0
  9. My goal my sound foolish.. And unachievable but its mine right?... Is ultimately to get on the show American ninja warrior ( if it's still around )... In all reality i want to be able to do the things they can.. Be fit healthy strong flexible.. All around great shape. As of right now I do almost nothing. I don't work out I eat poorly.. The calorie burning I do is pretty much due to nursing my baby and chasing my 2 year old other then that im big ol couch potato. Sent from my XT1254 using Tapatalk
  10. Thanks. How familiar are you with eating healthy and weight loss /gain? I am one of those women everyone hates because I can eat McDonalds every day for breakfas lunch and dinner and not gain a pound... And if I start eating healthy and stop the soda and drink gallon of water... I lose so much weight I look u healthy I stopped working out in my early twenties when I was eating healthy working out not drinking soda ect.. Because I was down to 91lbs. And you could see the bones in my back it was unhealthy.. I will have to get my clearance to workout in two weeks but I wanted to start the eating change..and finding and creating a plan to start.
  11. Hey! We are in the same boat in more ways then one! I'm a mom of 3 my "hubby" ( not married yet but hate the term boyfriend)is pretty darn awesome too.. And when I'm not pregnant or losing baby weight if I'm not eating like crap I drop below 100 lbs. I get depressed and do not much but sit around the house also.. With a 2 year old who is terrible twos..like crazy bad...and a 1 month old who's pretty awesome but attached to me. I'd love to keep in touch with you maybe we can help eachother meet our goals
  12. So, I just had my 3rd baby one month ago and I want to get into better shape then I've ever been. My first goal is to gain endurance and flexability. I don't mind hard work, however I lack motivation even though it's something I want to achieve as a mom of 3boys 9...2..and 1 month..I put myself last always. Any help tips on how to fit a workout in would be appreciated!
