  1. First! Cool goals man. Should be a good challenge.
  2. Well now that is a detailed challenge!
  3. Oh I did some core on Monday. Crunches. Forgot to include it. My bad.
  4. Honestly I haven't played the original game but I have played EU, EW and 2. All great.

  6. First workouts of the challenge! Monday was chest and back. Let's say I was pretty trashed after my 57 set workout. Underhand Barbell Rows - 3x12@115lbs Pull Ups - 3x8 1 Arm Rows - 2x10@70lbs Bench - 3x15@95,115,135lbs Shoulder Press - 3x10@30lbs Machine Fly - 3x12@70lbs Concentration Curls - 3x15@15lbs Tricep Pushdown - 3x15@22.5lbs Tuesday was legs. I was still trashed but of course I decided to do something crazy. The weight responded by humbling me. Went for a widowmaker at 315lbs and only got 12 reps. I've done 17 before so this was definitely a product of being an idiot and not taking it easy. I decided to be smart after that and called my workout there. Lesson learned.
  7. Suppose I should write some goals in here eh? I've got 3 this challenge. Continue bringing my bench strength back up. Stay on top of my mobility. And hit more core work.I did pretty well with all 3 of these last challenge. I'm just sick of being weak on bench so that's going to stop for the most part. I should be able to get most of the way back to where i was within the next 2 challenges so let's get to work.

  10. Oh yeah deadlift can fuck you up big time. I would rather do just about anything else than a heavy set of 10's on deadlift. I'm most curious about the CNS adaptation. We know you've got raw strength. Once you really fire up the CNS it should be a spectacular thing to watch.

  13. Curious where your other numbers are at. I've never seen someone do as much weighted bodyweight make the transition.
  14. Alright challenge wrap up time! I would call this one a rousing success. My shoulder pain is almost completely gone and I ended up cutting pretty successfully. Granted the latter was not an initial goal of mine but I'm very happy with the end result. ps: I didn't workout Thursday or Friday and did a near 4 hour workout on Saturday. <------- Not a smart man
