  7. Updates updates updates. Things are moving along well! I've done 2 of my powerlifting workouts so far, studying like crazy, and told my job and family that I'm moving. I do need to set a reminder about meditation. Especially during this crazy time I've got a lot of things on my brain. It'll be good for me to slow down at least for a few minutes every day. I just keep forgetting. Until next time nerds!
  8. Quick update while at work. Yesterday went well. Did deadlifts and bench at the gym. Studied through most of a section on ACE, and did my 5 minutes of meditation(I'm terrible at it)
  9. Thank you so much for all the kind words! I hadn't been able to admit it to myself fully but the move and career change are both things I've wanted for a very long time. If I get started on talking about how much YOU have changed me Bop I'll definitely cry and I've done enough of that this week already. The depths of your courage and your compassion for others inspire me in ways I'll never be able to thank you for.
  10. So uh SLIGHT change of plans on the whole gym thing. I'm moving to Austin, Texas instead. As some of you may or may not know I've not been happy where I'm living or what I've been doing for quite a long time. So it's about fucking time I change that. Goal 1 will be replaced with a new, better goal! I have wanted to be a personal trainer for the longest time I was just too afraid to do it. No more of that. Fearless Flex is here to stay. SO in order to prep for moving to Austin I need to complete my ACE certification prior to that. Let's change our lives nerds.

  16. HA. You think very highly of me. I hit 340 something at camp. Had I not left weight on the bar I could have potentially pushed that to near 360 but no I'm not at 400 yet.

  18. I may or may not have the exact same long term goal. Let's put in some work and get this shit done.
