  1. I'm here! I exist!

     

    For those who were not in the know I went to 2 anime conventions over the past 2 weekends. TONS of fun was had. I may post pictures later. As far as the gym goes I've been out of it for about a week and a half and don't regret it at all.

  3. Didn't quite match @wildross but 15 reps at 225 is pretty respectable. I'll take it.

     

    +70lb dips for 12. Bunch of rows. 2x6@+45lb pullups. Hanging leg raises. Juuuuuust shy of 6 hours sleep. Couldn't quite get there in time but I've made some solid improvement thus far. Good stuff.

     

    Not feeling talkative so that's all for now!

    I guess I know who my long term target is.

     

    Last week went ok. 3 total days in the gym. 1 day of cardio. 2 days of fucking around on my pull up bar at home. 5/7 days hitting my sleep goal. Most pleased with that,

     

    New week this week! Let's hit it.

  5. Update time. Legs last night. Yet again I find myself completely fucked up by 20's. I was barely able to do 2 sets of leg press and calves after. Luckily for me I derive a perverse pleasure out of workout pain. Pain = growth.

     

    Rest day today. All the eating and sleeping!

  6. Yesterday! Upper power. Time to call out @Gainsdalf the Whey. I hit 215 for 16 reps on bench. Laying that foundation. Coming for you.

     

    Otherwise pretty standard workout. Hit some weighted dips. +70 for 8. Easy. Will be bumping these up.

     

    As always my pulling is lagging behind. +45 for 3. This is definitely going to become a priority. I was at +100 for 1 not THAT long ago.

     

    3x8 of hanging leg raises so core is checked off.

    Goal 1. Lift a bunch of heavy ass weights. No need for elaboration there.

    Goal 2. At least 6 hours of sleep EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. Again fairly self explanatory. All I need to do to hit this one is actually go to bed after the gym and not stay up for another 2 hours like an asshole. Difficult for me but definitely doable.

    In order to better myself as a lifter I need to increase my cardio capacity. This may be the hardest challenge I've ever had to face but I'll refer myself to the above quote over and over if I have to. Farmer's walks, kettlebell swings, and weighted calisthenics will be my weapons of choice.
