  1. Thanks for the advice. Luckily I haven't run into the dreaded curling in the squat rack bro yet. Lol ​
  2. I've just started weightlifting at my community center, which has a small weight room. It has one squat rack in the back with a decent amount of space around it, so it's the best place to do overhead press and deadlift. But because there is only one, I don't want to monopolize it. So where is the polite place to deadlift and overhead press? Thanks!
