  1. Love your no premade foods goals.I.usually make all my.own foods gluten issues,but I.love crackers . Self care is important.if you don't take care of you.you cant be there for the others in your life. I don't think you should punish yourself just remember its a journey progress not.perfection.sometimes we are our worst critics . Your here.Your doing it.your taking baby steps to accomplish your goals . So don't punish yourself for not having the best grade.give yourself credit for taking the journey Hugsss just because I thought you could use one

  4. Don't worry about checking in on people take care of you.we're not going anywhere. I.was caregiver to.my dad until.he passed.Its hard losing a parent. Glad you went.home to.see your mom.even though it sounds like a hard situation .you know that you.put in the effort to be there. Im.now caregiver to my.mom.multiple strokes. Your a beautiful girl and im sure your mom thinks so.too. Its hard when our parents become ill .allow yourself to feel the emotions.you don't have to be strong.if you need to.talk I.kmow we dont.know each other but im here. Hugsss
  5. Ok guys close your ears .tom is here.im super queasy.cramping.all that girl shit you guys don't have to go through. So zumba is out tonight.,no energy .tom drains my give a crap.I.wamt to eat anything not nailed down. Soooo im.going to.stay home and cook so.I am prepared to resist crap..   6. We only had a couple hours.the gf I.went with has hip issues so she was having a bad day.she was using a walker so we moved slower. We walked animal kingdom.took pictures of the tree of life.amazing .the work that went into that.so intricate.beautiful

  9. I agree logging things helps us realize what we are doing that works and the things we need to.work on. I.noticed water is a issue for you.have you tried a water app.it reminds you to drink your water.a great one is drink water.it's a great one. Keep going.you got.this!
  10. Love your goals .I.adore your goal board so cute. .was looking at magnetic ones today...love the cooking technique knife skills..who doesn't want to be better with sharpy things lol . Flossing is a great goal I.brush but flossing I forget. Keep going.your kicking ass.
  11. Yesterday was not as successful as it could have been.see my battle log.for more details. Today was spot.on with Water 124 oz Food.choices.had my green goddess.made a quinoa chilli Exercise.. I got way over my.10 k.goal.on my fitbit.. 12,886 steps 5.88 miles Need to.work on the meditation goal,but overall a successful day.
  12. Soo yesterday I went.to.disney.it was not a successful day with.my.goals. I.had three bites of a malva spice cake..I. Was ok.with this.the three bite rule I.came home exhausted even though I.didnt get all my steps in I.came home I.had nothing made so.I.are some spaghetti.aka gluten. Luckily.enough it dodnt.kill my.stomach. I.did.get.in my.water and my.Green goddess. So that's good So.I.did have some good points.but overall not a successful.day. Today.was successful.I.went shopping which.meant aka long walk pulling 40 pounds of groceries.in.a suitcase...hmmm can that.count as a strength toning exercise. So.walk 5.88 miles 13,886'steps Green goddess complete Water complete Need.to.work.on.meditating. I got fresh fruit, strawberries,kiwi,bananas,halos.greens celery,carrots,potatoes.. So.I have some fruits and vegetables to work.with. I made a quinoa.chili For me being prepared with.foods ready to.eat makes all.the difference in sticking to my.planis everything. going to.coolk more ttomorrow.veggie.pot.rosst,pineapple coffee cake muffins,choc chia oat.cookies, hummus Zumba tomorrow!
  13. Glad your baby is ok.you.know your body .just listen to it. As far as the cake.could that be a sugar crash why your so tired? You.are.not failing.you made a choice.you can always make a different choice next time
