  1. Hi, I'm a 22-year-old female student. I would like to build a short (half-an-hour) morning exercise plan. The idea is to exercise as I wake up (I really lack the time during the day), every day. I am not particularly owerweght (though I would like to lose some weight, if possible) and I also would like to improve flexibiliy. Any idea on the kind of exercises to perform? Thanks a lot, any advice is welcomed. (Sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker).
