My goal is to minimize my waist measurement.   6. Congrats you two! Sadly, I bail out on the walks as I am planning to change something career-wise and unfortunately my indecisiveness affected my decision muscle to 'wake up and walk'. Ugh. I feel so bad but I am on my way to respawning...soon. See you in the forums! ^^

  8. November 12, 2017 SKIP Reason: I skipped a morning walk! T^T I had a drink with my friend and I stayed on their house and slept till 10AM. She is going to a city faraway for a job and I'm gonna miss her.
  9. I did calorie counting last year using MyFitnessPal app but felt bad and quit when it said I was not eating enough. I'm happy to hear your calorie counting and doing exercise are doing well.

She is going to a city faraway for a job and I'm gonna miss her. So yeah, because I was so tired from an OT work on that Saturday (and was drunk that night) I didn't get to set my sleep tracker and just sleep all the way. I'm nailing this so much! haha Though there's alcohol (gin) for a night, no sodas for this week for me. Ugh. I'm so sorry I'm not really good at updating my challenges. I'm trying to catch up to everyone. P.S. It's already 2AM here and I'm not yet asleep. The struggle to wake up for tomorrow's walk...
  11. Hey there @scalyfreak! I was wondering if I could still be able to fit in this criteria. As you know, I'm doing the ZR5k running app, and it says here no running involved. But there is a 10-minute walk warm-up at the beginning. Will it still be counted?
  12. I'm sorry I didn't try that much running apps so I can't help you with this. Thanks for the recommendation, @scalyfreak! I'm using their ZR5K app and not the main Zombies, Run! so I think I don't have that feature.
