  1. Joining! But how do we keep track on our progress? Do we need to have a unified spreadsheet for this? ^^
  2. Day 2 Morning Walk. Wasn't up to walking this morning because it's raining when I woke up. But still, woke my ass up and did the thing in the end. Track Sleep. No soda. Note: I'm gonna sleep early tonight, hopefully. ^^
  3. Day 1 Morning Walk. My first walk for this challenge. So happy for me. Track Sleep. Because I finished my offline spreadsheet last night and posting my challenge, I just slept for atmost 3 hours. No soda. A successful no soda day! I was also cutting back on caffeine and anticipated myself to have a cup (because lack of sleep), but thankfully I didn't drink any coffee too! So yay! Note: I was sleepy during transit to and from work, but other than that, I was functioning properly as a human. I'm also late for my sleep time tonight, though. Overall I had a nice Day 1! And for tracking purposes here is the screenshot of the walk I had this morning! ^^
  4. For someone like me who joined the forums since last year, being a Revolter is a small feat since I am not consistent in doing challenges. You are still new, and if you will just be consistent, you will be a Revolter, too! I'm glad I have someone with the same goals! I really like this community because it really motivated me in the past, with all the support from the rebels here. Let's be accountable for each other from now on! ^^
  5. Hello everyone! I'm Jiah Faye. This is actually a respawn point for me. I discovered Nerdfitness last 2014 but only started actively participating on the forums last year, 2016. My main goal didn't actually change which is to reduce my waist size to 25 inches. I still didn't get my body measurements so I don't know how far I am to my main goal. During this year (maybe sometime in August), I tried to incorporate walking/running into my daily life. I was averaging a 2.5km walking distance but I suddenly stopped it because I was doing it at night and I can't seem to sleep earlier. I also wanted to participate on a run but because I don't have training, I didn't get to sign up to anything. So before the year ends, I want to run for an event even just for once. Which leads me to my MAIN QUEST: Run a 5KM course on 1st week of December 2017 My mini-quests to help me achieve my main quest are: Walk/Run atleast 30 minutes every morning. Track sleep everyday. This will also help me in doing the walk/run every morning. No soda November. I was inspired by a post on the FB group so I want to participate in this. My way of tracking this is using spreadsheets. To be honest, I never used spreadsheets before but I hope I can have new perspective in doing my quests through this system. Also, I will be using the ZR5k app whenever I run. I also have an app to help me track my sleep through my phone. Creating this challenge is a bit late but I hope to have a great start and do this one step at a time. LET'S DO THIS!

  8. Sending my support. I'm in the process of respawning too. But my mind's not made up yet on what to do.
  9. So many beautiful members at NFA Facebook group but I'm not active in FB. :(

  10. Day 3: May 3 SLEEP GOAL: 1 XP -- Time: -- MORNING ROUTINE: 4 XP read Bible (1 XP) prepare for clothes, things for work (1 XP) Be at work on time: Extra credit for being on time: (2XP) 7:30 AM Take bath (1 XP) 8:30 AM Leave the house (1 XP) Had a late start today but was still early for work. WRITING GOAL: Write something for 10 minutes Gonna write it out now. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Today, I was awakened by my urge to poop at most 5:51 AM, not even close to my wake up goal of 7AM. I did not go to sleep again. Instead, I booked a reservation for the trip this weekend. I was overwhelmed with all the choices and weighing all the factors to choose the right hotel: the price, the location of the hotel, the security, etc. So I was not that ready to do my morning routine at 7:30 AM. I was starting to get ready at most 7:45 AM. Work is fine. Mostly, I did not know what I'm doing still, haha. But the choice of my lunch was terrible. I ate a fastfood of rice topped with a fried pork in a chili sauce. I was not satisfied with what I ate so I bought a cup of instant noodles. Still not satisfied, I bought a white chocolate snack bar. Welp. Had a cup of coffee, too. Oh, and it was raining when I was on my way home. Whenever the sun is too hot, eventually thunderstorms will come at night. It's not like any other past summers I had before. Climate change is really here. Hmm... what else? Hahahah I unblocked my crush on Messenger today, lol. I told myself I don't wanna associate myself with him anymore but here I am, haha. Goodnight.
  11. How was your first week going @Martina McSorley?
  12. How's the challenge going so far @mug?
  13. Date: April 29, 2017 Weight: 56 kgs! * I went to the Blood Bank to be a first time blood donor that's why I get to weigh myself. Didn't get to push through the donation though. My RBC was low so they can't accept my blood. * I really need to step up my weight-loss, waist-loss game again.
  14. Day 2: May 2 SLEEP GOAL: 2 XP 6 hours 50 minutes Time: 22:40 MORNING ROUTINE: 4 XP read Bible (1 XP) prepare for clothes, things for work (1 XP) Be at work on time: Extra credit for being on time: (2XP) 7:30 AM Take bath (1 XP) 8:30 AM Leave the house (1 XP) I took a bath at 7:34 and leave the house at 8:45. Good thing I was early at the office! WRITING GOAL: Write something for 10 minutes I did write something this morning. Mostly rants. *sigh ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ So today, I woke up a little early than my scheduled waking time, that's why my sleeping hours is 10 minutes short. I did my daily routine of checking in on my social media accounts aka Twitter only, which is not good because that's one of the reasons why I'm always short on time for work. I was happy that I get to 'move my bowel' (is this phrase still a thing?) after I woke up because in the past month I was having some serious constipation going on. It was smooth sailing so *smiles. And then after that, some realization shiz was going on in my mind. Like, why do I not pray as often as before? Did I really lost my hopes and dreams for the future? Why am I really hustling with this life? Do I really want to lost weight? So and so. And then thinking how I don't wanna go to work because I feel like shiz there. Thinking should I rather change profession because I don't really belong to this logic world coz all I really wanna do is feel. But resigned the thought because I don't know anything else to do. >.< Well, but work was fine. IDK, I had a bad feeling in the morning, but twas good later after that. I thought my superior was humiliating me with all the questions he asked me last week. Turned out he was just letting me learn the concept of our project. *sigh Goosebumps was all over me when he asked about our discussion and telling me to explain it to my teammates, with his eyes teling me, 'You know this thing, support me on this, I thought this to you last week.' LOL And that is one of my weakness! To explain myself, or any other thing. Welp. Thank God I survived today. Still clueless on everything, though. And now I'm past my bedtime. Maybe because of the coffee I drank at 4PM? I want to cut it off my diet but I can't concentrate on my work when I don't drink one.
