    Today is a good day. I got up and went to work which was good and came home and relaxed. I just finished NF Yoga Fire B and am drenched in sweat. That was a substitution for a lift day on Back Protocols TM. I warmed up with some squats for the mini. I've been doing them in fives and tens as a grease the groove approach, rather than trying to knock out a bunch all at once.

     

    Me too.  Since I'm home all day, I do 40-50 several times a day.

    My job gets summers off, so I have no excuse not to squat.  I just wish I were in better shape, and could do more.

    SO GUYS. You've probably heard of the Suicide Squad movie that's coming out soon, yeah? It looks cool and stuff. BUT WHAT IS MOST EXCITING IS: twenty one pilots did a song for the soundtrack, and THEY HAVE A MUSIC VIDEO FOR IT, and it's such a good song and such a cool video and I just A;SDKFJA;LDKFJAS;LDKFJ so here you go.

    There was a budgie exibit at our zoo many years ago.  You could go in this big room full of them, and they gave you a popcicle stick with birdseed on it to feed them.  It was fun, but one of them ate my mom's earring.

    slightly over on calories, but well within my acceptable limits

     

    Today is gonna be an day off of hellmachine, I woke up with a jacked up neck. Will do my squats, unless that gets painful. Will try to make up tomorrow, neck willing.

    I used to wait until hubby's drag bag ( imagine a duffel that would hold 2-3 toddlers) was full.......I hated the laundromat.
