  1. Hey guys Day 9 - first day back at work and by good was it a long hard day. Still not 100% but gotta get back on the horse sometime did some leg and ab exercises in my room just to try get stamina back up will hopefully feel good enough to go for a run/walk tomorrow fingers crossed
  2. thanks for the tip hate being sick it just halts everything but wat can u do apartfrom get better feel like i been sooooo lazyy ha
  3. Day 8 - Did literally nothing stayed in bed all day took day off work trying to get better went for a quick walk mon night my legs felt so weak and jelliey fingers crossed i feel better tomorrow as i got a 10hr shift fun times
  4. Day 7 - well i thought saturday was bad its nothing compared to sunday i got sick.... pretty sure it food poisoning from sat dinner serves me right for eating out when trying to lose weight left work halfway through and went home to be sick all day and i ate shit food just blah my first really sucky day no exercise either hope i feel better soon
  5. Day 6 - so i have figured out what my kryptonite is............. saturdays family went out for dinner had thai which was probably so bad and to make matters worse i worked an 11hr shift so was far too tired to go for any exercise. oh well still no chocolate but i did have some spirit with dinner woops
  6. omg Levena that food looks amazing!!! can i come over for dinner tonight as well you doing so good ! keep up the hard work! we gonna ace this challenge together
  7. Keep up the great work! sounds like you gonna lose the weight u want great job counting the calories i always find it so hard

  9. awwww i really hope so i already feeling better and benefits from the exercise but still want to tone up more

  11. Day 5 - went for a run after work decided to see how fast i could run 1km. i warmed up jogging/walking about 2 kms then i pushed myself hard for 1km and did it in 4min 40secs. pretty proud of it. going to work on getting the time down by the end of the 4 weeks
  12. day 4 - went for a 2 hr horse trek my legs were dead by the end did 2 x 20min walks was going to run but was just too exhausted no chocolate or pop woohoo and im feeling good!!!
  13. Day 3 - went for run number 2 legs felt it from yesterday but i pushed on did 2 miles about 20 mins im happy as long as i getting out and doing it!!! no chocolate or pop though i was tempted to have a can of sprite i stopped myself so proud of that had pasta and lots of salad for dinner bring on tomorrow
  14. Day 2 - Ran 2 miles in just under 20mins was a very slow easy pace for my first run and it was very hot out pretty proud of myself for running in the middle of the day where people could see me haha
  15. Day 1 - Walked dog for 30 mins prob walked a couple of miles didn't calculate it
  16. So i am a bit slow and only just found this battle log page All my workout and failures will be posted here for all to see

Day 2 - went for first run of the challenge ran for about 20mins felt so good and feeling it today!! is it jsut me or does anybody else love the feel of the burn in your calves the next day!?? haha wacko right unfortunately though i did have a tiny bit of chocolate, i was on night shift and somebody always brings food and i didnt even realise until i had eaten it wat i had just done! so frustrated!! still no pop thou bring on day 3
  19. you picked a great level up! i could never sit still long enough to meditate so fingers crossed you do better than me

  21. day one - took my dog for a good 30 min walk this morning she absolutely loved it no chocolate or pop in sight woop woop and i ate 3 different fruits in one day
  22. hey crar4321 thanks for the tips they will b a great help same!! i used to do loads of running bak when i was in school but work and other priorities got in the way but not anymore! yea 3 miles or at least 20mins to start with im doing my first run today after work wish me luck
