I completed my first 4 week challenge with about an 80-85% success rate across all categories. I have decided to up the game a bit this time around. I am adding two (at least) trips to the gym per week. I will continue with the previous program: Veggies with meals, fruit at least once a day. On those days I do not go to the gym, 10 minute walk, in addition to normal dog walking activities. Meditation - 10 minutes. I find it interesting that this last item...so very simple to accomplish has proven to be the most difficult to maintain, I will try to post more often...I was rather neglectful of that in my first challenge.
