  3. Thank you for the support everyone! So, it is day 3 of this 4 week challenge. Food logging and calorie reduction has been successful so far. Work was HELLA busy, I didn't get an opportunity to go on my walk but I was running around so much that I'm just gonna count it as good. The problem now is: I have the day off. So I need to maintain the same food logging/calorie reduction discipline as I do at work. Gotta keep it together. I have Goal Mountain to climb and a level'd up me is at the top!   7. First time posting on the Nerd Fitness forums! Hello everyone! Prior to the holidays, I had successfully worked out on Bodyweight Level 1 for 10 Weeks in a row! I was really proud of myself. Then I tried changing my routine up with another fitness program, my sister came to visit, we went to Portland...Voodoo Donuts happened...and everything stalled. I haven't worked out or dieted at all. Now it's time to respawn and level up. I got stuff to do! Diet: I have my annual physical on 3.27.16 I am 12 lbs heavier than my last physical (UGH) so, I will lose at least 12lbs by the date of my physical. Fitness: I have 1 hour for lunch and my workplace has a tiny, employee made gym. I love working out down there. I will do Bodyweight Level 1 3 x a week minimum. I will also fit in a 10 minute walk every day (even weekends). Level Up My Life: My boyfriend have started Dave Ramsey's Debt Snowball. We have our lists of debts and we will be following his plan to be debt free ASAP so we can get married. I will have Two Debts paid off completely by 3.27.16 (End of march is an important date for this year). I've got too many wants and dreams to be anything less than optimal. I have a wonderful Player 2 to go through life with and I want us to be the best team we can be. Wish me luck!
