  1. Hello, I'm back. I have been doing things pretty haphazardly and lost track, so I am trying to sort of start afresh. I can't even remember how many times I hit the goal for the day.
  2. Okay, for the past few I screwed up again. Then I felt to embarrassed to get back online. But my book arrived, which I had forgotten about buying, I've decided to start afresh. I think I bit off more than I could chew with the Ranger Challenge, so for now, the regular challenge will be my focus.
  3. I heard you guys talking about the book, then I saw an email about it. So I went to Amazon, read the sneak peak... And bought it. I was that hooked.
  4. I managed to hit every single goal in the 4 week challenge and ranger challenge today. Hopefully I can keep it up.
  5. I did the beginner workout today. I must be really out of shape because it really took it out of me. One workout this week down, two more to go.
  6. The bad news is the only goals I completed yesterday were flossing and eating a vegetable and I didn't do any of my ranger goals. Also, today, I did not eat a healthy snack. The good news it that now I am back at school and it should be easier to make good on my promises. I was kind of hiding after screwing up yesterday, but I realized that being on here was keeping me accountable. It reminds me a bit of NaNo. The more I hang out on the forums, the more I feel I don't want to screw up because now I have an audience.
  7. I remember using a spray once. Whenever rain hit it never lasted more than an hour, and soon, less than that. Then again, it was in the rain forest, so as long as it isn't constantly raining maybe it will work for you. In other news, slowly making progress. Haven't started the strength challenge yet though.
  8. Thanks guys! Today wasn't so great. It slipped my mind. Didn't do the snack again, but this time it was because I did not eat one. But I also forgot to eat a vegetable with my meal. Oh well, tomorrow is another day, and I did do most of my ranger goals. Maybe I should start practicing my stances in anticipation of going to the gym.
  9. In that case, I've been rucking for years. My backpack always weighs a ton.
  10. Okay, did everything except the snack (I ate popcorn). And I have been getting in most of my ranger stuff too.
  11. You seem to be doing pretty well. And learning Arabic sounds cool! I am a INTP instead of an INTJ, but, hey, that's three letters, right?
  12. Yeah, I eventually found where the class option was. I'm from Texas.
