Thanks everyone! It was great fun. Unfortunately the main trail was closed due to a fallen tree but there were a number of side trails I wandered along which was just as fun I think.

Succumbed to stress and ate some heavily salted fries. They were worth it but I'm getting back on track now.

Leafed through a "Women's Strength Training" book the other day and almost flung it at the wall. The heaviest weights listed for the dumbell press were 10lbs. I'm doing 15lbs and I'm still weak. It's infuriating being told by a book that I should be lifting less when I want to work up to lifting more.
