  1. Go to the gym, yo! If you have access, why aren't you using it? Just go there with a plan, and keep track of what you do. You shouldn't ever be there more than an hour!
  2. If you start with the body weight program and the walking, you'll find that eating once a day won't cut it anymore, which will solve that issue automatically. Good luck!!
  3. I think soon you'll be wanting to add a few exercises to your routine, if not for any other reason but to vary it up.
