  1. Just start with the bar and squat it. The worse that can happen is you blow out your ACL and writhe in pain as everyone in the gym laughs at you. Really though just keep the weight light and you'll be fine. "Do what you fear the most and the death of fear of certain" Its a good thing you are scared of squatting. Go squat to kill fear!
