I currently use: Calorie Counter & Diet Tracker by MyFitness Pal- everyone has basically heard about this, I like this because it has a LARGE range of food items you can itemize and calculate the calories. I like it because it makes you more aware and you just feel more educated about how healthy the food item is as you go throughout the day. Im2Calories- I think this is just a cool app because it analyzes the calories of your food item based upon the picture you take of it.   3. Hi everyone! I'm currently in my last year of university and doing exchange in a foreign Asian country. I've never had Freshman 15, and I was thankful to have a fast metabolism. Now, it doesn't seem to be that way as I find that I'm constantly exploring the world and all the various cheap, yummy food that the world has to offer. It's difficult to commit to a gym or get a trainer as I'm always going here and there. I found this community, also the challenges and I really hope that I can learn from you all!
