Overnight oats are a favorite of mine. One of my favorite combos is 1/2 cut steel cut oats, 1/2 plain Greek yogurt, 1/2 pumpkin, 1/2 cup milk (usually unsweetened almond) pinch cinnamon, a little honey. I make it the night before and either it it cold or heat it up for a few in the microwave. If I want extra protein I'll add a scoop of protein powder. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
