  1. Hey Laghail, a cheat meal for me is a hamburger and fries. THe dining facility in Afghanistan is limited for options and progress is great so far. I have lost two pounds and am noticeably gaining definition. Im going to post pics when the challange is up! Thanks for checking in on me!
  2. Hey everyone! Its my first challenge, so I suppose I am an auto-rebel this time. I am fairly sure my goals align with Ranger, but theres plenty of time for that. I am currently deployed to the Middle East, working grueling 12-16 hours a day. My challenges: 1) Weightlift 6 days a week 2) Cardio at least 4 days a week 3) No more than 3 cheat meals in 7 days 4) Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night I am beginning a 12-week dedicated program tomorrow, so as long as I can follow, #1 is def attainable. I am a triathlete (in the general sense) so its important for me to keep my cardio up while I am out in the desert. I look forward to getting to know you and help keep you accountable as we journey on! -Mums
  3. Hey Christian nerd here. its been rough for me during this deployment. So little accountability it is easy to stray. I have been doing my daily devotionals, and I try to listen to a praise and worship album a day. Still have 10 more months to go too...
  4. I live in Centerville (Dayton) but currently am deployed to the Middle East. Would love a meet up when I get back!
