Hey everyone! Its my first challenge, so I suppose I am an auto-rebel this time. I am fairly sure my goals align with Ranger, but theres plenty of time for that. I am currently deployed to the Middle East, working grueling 12-16 hours a day. My challenges: 1) Weightlift 6 days a week 2) Cardio at least 4 days a week 3) No more than 3 cheat meals in 7 days 4) Get at least 7 hours of sleep a night I am beginning a 12-week dedicated program tomorrow, so as long as I can follow, #1 is def attainable. I am a triathlete (in the general sense) so its important for me to keep my cardio up while I am out in the desert.
