  1. yes - that's the page! Thanks!!
  2. Hi Guys, I've been doing a 10 minute body weight workout on my track days. I have an app that I'm using. Do you guys use and app or follow a special program?
  3. Hi Granny Nogg - great goals. I'm trying to do similar - increase my workouts/strength and log/track my workouts and diet. It's helping me to stay on track with the exception of my diet. I still struggle with that so I haven't seen any weight loss. This is my first challenge, so I'm hoping this will also help me to stay motivated. Good luck on your challenge!
  4. Thanks for your help! I'll go and create a signature bar. Another question I have is that I typed out my goals/quests on a page (a week ago) and I couldn't find that page again. I kept looking for a tab/link to the quest page. I know I must sound pretty dumb and it's probably in plain sight. Again, thanks for the help - I'm really looking forward to being a part of the Rebellion!
  5. Hi Guys, My first challenge and I'm not very computer savvy so I'm having a hard time figuring some of this out. My long term goals are to lose weight and get in better shape. I'm in my mid 50's and my weight has been going up, up, up, faster than I'd like - even with dieting! It's crazy - I didn't think I'd struggle so much as I got older. But I am Anyway here are my challenge goals: - No alcohol mid-week - Walking on at least one break each work day -Track or barbell workout 1x a week -Paleo/primal at least 2 meals a day I've noticed that some people have a bar at the bottom of their posts, that measure their progress. How do I do that? Thanks and I'm looking forward to the challenge!
  6. Hi Liv Cat, Great goals - especially the journaling. I started journaling a month ago, sometimes I just draw a doodle on the page Good luck with the challenge!
