  1. Thanks!!! I think I tried to post everyday a couple of times a day maybe for like a week or so.... (I love brownies!!!)
  2. Nickie Dynamite here I found myself at the gates of the Rebellion after first reading a guest post on BecomingMinimalist by Steve and then noticing his book...."Level up Your Life." How to turn your life into a video game? Uhh...yes please! Sounds amazing! Preorder (I did all of this the day before his book released funny enough). Then I did some more research and found myself signing up for The Academy. I'm 23 (almost 24!!) 5'5" 155ish. Not too bad but I've been trying to tone down and get stronger FOREVER! Problem?.... Food!! My eating habits....terrible (milkshakes, doughnuts, and brownies anyone?). I did Crossfit during college 3-5 days a week and saw little changes. I've been taking Boxing and Kickboxing now and see virtually no changes. I've tried Paleo a couple of times. Whole 30. Never works because I hate the all at once idea. They say it's better once you get passed the first 2 weeks but jeez....two weeks is a long time. So here I am really excited about leveling up my life. Slowing and surely instead of all at once. Currently NF Diet Level 3 and working on reducing my sugar intake (Twix from the vending machine at work...darn you!!!) and very excited to be here!!!
