  1. Update: Not doing too bad...could be better but could definitely be worse. I'm still going strong on the no red meat and working out. Workouts have pretty much consisted of jogging for 30mins or so but that's fine with me since I like running. I have leaned a bit more on take out so that goal isn't going to be completed 100%, but it should be close so I'll keep trying. Going to bed by 11:30 has gone horribly, but it's a good lesson that I need to pick my goals better. Obviously I don't value this one as much. Thinking honestly about it I feel like even if I had accomplished this one 100% I pro
  2. Ha yeah I actually gained weight after starting work, sedentary office job + weaning was the culprit I'm sure. My kid started daycare at 9 months - the transition was tough but I absolutely do not regret it now. She's been going for almost 2 years and is doing great
  3. Update: I added a google doc to my signature to track my progress. Not doing well on going to sleep early, but I did manage to squeeze in 3 workouts in the past 4 days, hopefully I can keep that up. I also ate out twice in a row on Sunday, if you consider leftovers from a restaurant. Weekends kill me! Might try to tweak this Google Doc to take the current date into account and treat my score more like a GPA, so I have a simple number to tell if I am slipping. If anyone has any different tracking format examples I would like to see them.
  4. I have a 2.5 year old. Glad to see others have to work out after bedtime, that seems to be the only time I can squeeze one in. Of course it keeps me a bit wired for an hour or two afterwards but then I crash pretty easily.
  5. Best of luck, you got this! Agreed on Russell T Davies running the better years. Which podcasts do you make?
  6. Hello! Already posted this in Feb challenge intros, but it looked like this board was working again so I thought why not both. Wanting to get healthy & fit. Biting off too much for my New Years resolution plus my friend dropping out of our "let's get healthy" pact caused me to fall off about mid-January. So I'm going to try this! 'Twas suggested to me by another friend/coworker. Here's my Feb. challenge post: http://rebellion.ner...g/#entry1799970 Some info about myself - 29 years old, Female, mother. I have always been naturally thin, but I often eat garbage and usually feel like crap. S
  7. Thanks! Intro posted here: http://rebellion.nerdfitness.com/index.php?/topic/77271-substitute-introduction-thread/?p=1802723 Yeah I have already failed at going to bed earlier -_____- But eating okay. Ate out for lunch today, chicken sandwich and fries. Not great but could've been worse! Hope to exercise in some form tomorrow. I guess cramming in exercise in all at the end of the week still counts as 3 times a week :/
  8. Hello! Apologies if this posted multiple times. Wanting to get healthy & fit. 9. Hello! I am joining this from the coaxing of my friend/coworker. New to nerd fitness, new to these challenges, hell I'm even new to regularly posting on a forum. Hopefully it's okay that I'm a day late. I had a pretty intense (for me) New Years resolution of working out often and doing a semi-Whole30 type diet (Whole30 but allowing for brown rice & beans + no red meat). I fell off the 2nd weekend in and never quite got back into it. So I'm going to scale it back a bit and try this out, hopefully you guys can help me be successful! Here are my goals: 1. Work out 3 times a week This
