1. Clean shaven man bits remind me of a rubber chicken. It makes me laugh. Manscaping yes. Totally bald? No.
2. Coder! He's 8 now but I got him from Weimaraner rescue when he was a year and half old. His name was Kodah when we got him but he needed a nerd name. My husband is a programmer so Coder worked. Reboot! He's about 2. I rescued him from the pound last June. Named because he got a new start on life when I got him. Nybble. Registered name Two Nybbles in a Byte. He was the best dog to every walk on this planet. Lost him last year and miss him like crazy.

kale??

Kale with coconut. I do the cheap mod on this and leave things out when I don't have them but the recipe is good as it is too. http://blog.fatfreevegan.com/2011/08/kale-mallung-sri-lankan-kale-with-coconut.html
4. I know why I'm sluggy. Sometimes it sucks being a woman!! Went for a walk today with my friend. She wants to start the couch to 5k so I'm going out to encourage her. Once she gets in the groove she'll make an awesome jogging partner. She has super long legs so I'll have to work hard to keep up with her. She also does roller derby so she might be street wheels so I can chase her. rofl I registered for my half marathon today. It's not until January but EEEEEEEEEEEP!!!
5. Walked with my friend tonight to get her ready for C25K. Did a teeny run without her at the end. Adding 3.5 miles to the total. I think my runs should count for double since my dog, Reboot, is with me. He's nerdy. Maybe he needs an account here.
6. They don't generally cut the abdominal muscles with a c-section. They just separate them. I never actually read how it's done. It's kind of interesting how many layers they have to cut through. http://www.babyzone.com/pregnancy/labor-and-delivery/cesarean-section-guide_70457 My first baby was breach so when they cut me open everyone was laughing. Her little butt was the first thing out. She came into the world mooning the docs.
7. I'm in the same place as you. Two C-sections, trying to reduce my body fat to see if I can have any success. There's was another thread about saggy skin that I'll dig up for you. It was kind of encouraging but I still worry about if my belly will ever look okay because of how things healed. Baby battle scars. Ugh.
8. Gah!!! I have cute shoe envy! I could totally get away with those as work. I need to save some money. I'm feeling like a slug this week for some reason.
9. At least she seems to be soaking in some of the info right? When people ask me now I just say "I ate healthy and exercised. No sugar. Better carbs." They usually expect some cheat. I actually had a nurse reply "You mean you did it without drugs???" *smacks head*
10. I have the same problem at work. It gets old really quick. I had started losing weight back in August when the business office held a small "Biggest Loser" contest. About 20 people in with some cash in a pot a paycheck for three months. I started doing interval training and cut bad carbs. I slaughtered the competition with 17% weight loss. The next closes was 12%. Long story short, marketing caught wind of this and now it's a *thing*. Everyone asks me for advise. If I turn a corner and see someone eating a chocolate bar they hide it and say "You didn't see that!" like I'm the food police. People are always looking over my shoulder at what I order in the cafe. People have told me that I'm their inspiration. That's a lot of damn pressure for someone who's kind of a private person! Sometimes I just want to bury my face in a chocolate cake. =/
11. 4 miles in today. Did almost 2 for my week three of c25k and then walked another 2 with my friend who's starting soon.
12. Last night I has a terrible dream that I was stuck in Tron, only it was a computer at work. There were programs crashing into each other and into walls all around me. I peaked out the floppy drive (wait. Do computers still have those?) and the user was sitting there powering the monitor on and off repeatedly. I was screaming "Just rebooooooot!!!! Just reboooot!!" I was so frustrated it woke me up. I think there's something wrong with me.
13. Duckface!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sorry. Couldn't help it. I took that as a joke.
14. Yah, I think that's pretty normal. 10 years of bugging the crap out of each other here.
15. FWP: I got shampoo in my eye this morning and now it's foggy and goopy. What the hell? =/
16. You know, I kind of dig this jump rope thing. It's quick. It gets my heat going and I can do it right outside if I can't leave the house to run. I might have to make it part of my normal routine. I can certainly feel it in my legs when I do it. http://www.fitday.com/fitness-articles/fitness/exercises/3-benefits-of-jump-rope-fitness.html
17. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh! I just had the "free weight vs. machines" fight with my husband. I was hoping he'd be on my team and we could join the gym together but... *sigh*
18. I know this is the men's guild but.... I've never changed a tire. I think I'm going to challenge myself to learn more about this stuff. I've always wanted to. You know what I've always wanted to learn to do? Weld. My grandfather was a blacksmith back in the old days and then a welder when he moved to North America. I've always admired metal work. Where the heck would I learn this though? I wish I lived on a huge piece of property with a shop. You've inspired me. (Sorry for busting in to the men's club. )
19. I like it too! I've always been so jealous of people who can dye their hair. Mine is already red so there's nothing I can really do to is aside from from black.
20. Hah! I always thought this was the *worst* design flaw in the male human anatomy.
21. Weights for Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrls! I like cute pink things sometimes but I want them with some edge. And heavy!
