  1. @zeroh13 I don't really keep track of my hours of sleep. But since I'm still a student I know that I tend to sacrifice my sleep when the exams come X) I remember sleeping less then 7 hours for weeks long and being a complete zombie in class. Listening to my body is maybe one of my most challenging thing I have to get used to And thank you for your answer
  2. @Hazard Thank you And yes I'm in a training center with judo teachers
  3. 4Week Challenge 1- Let's get started! First thing first, my Big Why is: Get in the judo Canadian team! To do that I need to be an healthy athlete, and to win competitions. So I broke down my goal and for this challenge I'll be concentrating on: 1-Create my own strength training with exercises adapted to judo techniques. 2- Strength train 2x a week minimum, but 3x maximum (really hard when comes to limitation). 3- Sleep 8 hours each night (non negotiable!) 4- Judo train 3x a week minimum. Even when tired no excuses! Gaaah! there is so much more I'll want to add. But like my trained told me: "Concentrate on few things first, and after you'll add up more.'' Thanks for reading, and don't be shy to tell me I forgot something or give advices.
