  1. Hey!! I'm pretty to new to being on here too. But got a decent amount of experience in the fitness side of things. I can relate with wanting things like... yesterday! Then after a couple days I notice I havent made any progress to my uber super goal and just give up. So I am kinda piggy backing off "soldier1stclass" here. My questions I got for you is; What are you doing now? How are you eating? Are your working out even doing anything at home e.g. 100 jumping jacks etc.. What is your goal? From there we can try break it down. For example.. if you want to get to level 70 while you are at 5... how do we get you to 10? well it starts by getting you to 6 and so on. Lets try get some momentum and start kicking ass at life !!!! Look forward to hearing from you.
  2. Hey Lillymoon, I got a few questions for you. What do you like to eat? Like you could eat it anytime,anywhere and any amount Do you tolerate dairy ok? Trying to think why you cannot stomach food in the morning. And do you have any goals in particular? Like why are you wanting to eat more food and and why are you working out? Some pretty easy go to ways to get more calories I tend to snack on quest bars when I am travelling a lot. Keeps it simple for me If i go to Starbucks ill get a latte or something like that. Ill have some cheese, Deli meats and fruits in the house, so I go to snack source or make the portions bigger for eating. Hope some of this helps and look forward to hear your progress
  3. Hey Psicodom, I'm a little late to the party but might be able to help. What has helped me in the past is think about.... WHY... you are doing it. If you know what your goal is that might drive you to be more focused. For example I want to live to healthier lifestyle because..... I want to look good naked or I want to feel like a superhero (Flash or superman are my choices) or I want to kick ass and take names. What ever it is if you have some sort of goal this might help. Lastly, what have you tried to do when it comes to eating better. It will be interesting to hear what you have done and might be able to help you other further Cheers Simon
  4. Hi Matt, I am relatively new to the forum but have following nerd fitness for years. I like how you are tracking your food at the moment and that you are doing your pushups and walks up the hill. I might be able to help you with a bit more info, I have been a trainer for a number of years and ran my own CrossFit gym for 7 years and currrently work for CrossFit HQ. How much are you eating a day? Since you are tracking it it will be easier to figure out and feel free to send it to me. What is your goal? Are you far away from it or pretty close? The more info we get the easier it will be to find out what we can do to help. Look forward to hearing from you buddy
