  1. I have already stated in another thread in another forum that I only have really light weights to work with since I don't have an outlet to a gym. I have heard that low weight and high reps increase endurance (and mass in a way), but what about strength. What about your ability to punch somebody really hard? Btw: Sorry if this is a dumb question, I do not know too much about fitness.
