  1. Gosh! There is more people here than I thought would be here does anyone know where I can get some good recipes from? I'm trying to think outside the box and fix new stuff that I will actually enjoy eating. Tasteful food is the key to staying on a diet. Any information given will be much appreciated

  3. Love and all that, I just wanted to say that I'm sorry for what your going through. You just got to tell yourself that your special and worth anything great. Taking steps( even small ones ) in a positive direction will get you the results you want. Stress will pack on the weight! I'm a person who stresses a whole lot! I'm always worrying and all I want to do is the right thing and sometimes it feels like doing right isn't an option. I have been working on my self confidence. I can understand the hurt you must feel. I am here anytime you need a friend! Your not alone!! Wish you the best

  5. Hey both of you!! I'm new also. Haven't really got the hang of the way to do things on here yet but I am working out everyday! Getting support is important. The more people you have supporting you and going through the same things with you the easier it will be to achieve your goals.. I wish you both the best of luck and I'll help support anyway I can.
  6. I live in the country and for the most part the people are friendly but if you go to the islands like, Jekyll island or saint Simmons, the people there are more high class and not so friendly ha ha ha
  7. I'm from the united States. Currently living in the state of Georgia. I'm new to the site but am very hopeful for a positive change in my life to get on a healthy track. Looking for any new ideas where I can get healthy recipes. Biggest part of getting healthy is diet. I have never minded excerise but I kill my weight by the things I cook. I have been really lucky that all I ended up with is love handles ha ha ha! Hopefully with the right diet I can meet my goals and really tone up.
  8. You just got to keep telling yourself that you can do it! Sometimes it takes a few trys to get things right but you have to tell yourself your worth it! I'm a big fan of sweets myself and that's the only addiction I have ever had. If I would leave sweets alone then I would never have a thing to worry about but when you grew up eating sweets then its really hard to never mess with sweets. A few weeks ago I decided to finally start getting in shape. At 34 its time to have better self confidence! Set a goal and do it the healthy way. Good luck!!

  10. Hi everyone! I am new ! I'm not sure what I should do. I am real excited that for the first time in my life I'm going to get healthy. Sucks it took me to age 34 to do it lol. I'm 5'7" and 155pounds. I'm hoping to tone up and lose these love handles he he he! I would appreciate any help anyone can give me as far as what I need to be doing .
