    April 25 Post here daily for accountability - YES Eat less than 2750 calories/day - YES Go for a walk daily - YES Complete the overview for my PACT plan by end of April - Pending Doctor was fine today, but I wasn't really worried about that part. Got the req for blood work which is what I'm actually nervous about seeing the results for. If it's bad hopefully it'll be the kick in the pants I need though. Had some delicious souvlaki seasoned pork chops from Costco today, with homemade Greek salad. It was super tasty!!

    That sounds more doable Lol I'm pretty sure after 2 sets of 20, but I guess I shouldn't knock it till I try it! Lol, sounds about right! Knowing there are different levels definitely helps

But I also learned some things: 1. I feel crappy when I eat too much, especially junk 2. I feel crappy when I have too much sugar - I've been cutting back on sugar recently, and today's indulgence was a very good reminder of why cutting back is important 3. I need a plan for high risk situations, or else I will fail. My parents came by today - bringing doughnuts, chocolate, and pizza. A formula for distaster. If I had a plan beforehand I may have done better In other news, I have a doctors appointment tomorrow for the first time in years. I assume we'll get some blood work and see how bad things really are. Hard to know, but I have to admit I'm a little worried...

    I see a lot of people doing that heroes journey workout, but I'm pretty sure me doing 200 squats in a day, even spread out, would leave me crippled for life lol

    I've only been getting 10000 recently by walking to the train and back rather than taking the bus, but I can't always do that. At one point I took walking breaks at work, which helped bump it up. Just a 5 minute walk every hour or two, and a longer walk at lunch.
