    Wait, week 4? Apparently the challenge is over! They always seem to go so fast. I'll do a challenge report at some point. One nice side effect of this cold is that my appetite has decreased significantly, so I lost a few pounds this week! Week 4- Sunday  Goals - Did I do it?     Ugh this is like the worst cold I've ever had. Just go away already! I can take the sniffles and coughing, but the killer sore throat and brain fog need to get gone.     I think a mix of holidays and weather. My birthday is shortly followed by Thanksgiving (Canadian), and then Halloween starts happening. So there ends up being lots of food and candy and baking around. Add to that the coldness and darkness starting up, and I seem to start going into "fatten up for hibernation" mode. I'm still not quite sure how to fight it though. I think I really need to get my wife on board somehow, but that's proved difficult.

    PACT Plan Challenge 5 I'm continuing my plan to Put Away Childish Things (PACT) which you can read more about here. My 29th birthday is this month! This date also happens to be my first checkpoint in my PACT plan, which consists of some changes I want to make before I turn 30 next year. My checkpoint reads as follows: I follow my calorie goal and limit my sugar intake. I go to bed and arise early and have daily meaningful prayer and scripture study. I use people’s names and do something around the house each day. My goals the past few challenges have been leading me to this point, and for the most part I feel like I have made good steps in this direction. My problem has been consistency, especially in sticking to my calorie goal. I don't know why I've found it so hard, but it's an important one as to be on track with my weight goal, I really need to start losing more each week. So the watchword of this challenge is consistency. No theme this challenge, but I've enjoyed all the Nike memes coming up with the whole Kaepernick controversy. So whoever posts the funniest one (without getting political) gets bonus points. Goals - Did I do it?
