  7. Ugh this is like the worst cold I've ever had. Just go away already! I can take the sniffles and coughing, but the killer sore throat and brain fog need to get gone.   10. I think a mix of holidays and weather. My birthday is shortly followed by Thanksgiving (Canadian), and then Halloween starts happening. So there ends up being lots of food and candy and baking around. Add to that the coldness and darkness starting up, and I seem to start going into "fatten up for hibernation" mode. I'm still not quite sure how to fight it though. I think I really need to get my wife on board somehow, but that's proved difficult.

  15. Ugh. Things aren't going so well. It was around this time last year that things went south bad and I gained all my weight back.   19. Good to be back! I felt pretty awful when I was overeating so much. I don't know why I can never seem to remember that feeling the next time. Free food is always my weakness.   21. Yes, luckily it doesn't happen often. I've been waiting for the thanos one! I think it's my favourite I've seen so far!!
  22. Teancum just doesn't do it. I'm officially taking week two off. Getting messed up by working a day and a night and a day in a row, also having birthday things, and traveling the rest of the week, I am setting myself up for failure, which in my current mindset would set me back more than a one week break I think. So this week is a write off, but I'll be back and ready to go in week three!!
  23. I was still snacky today, but calories turned out ok. The strong desire to eat (it's not even hunger, it's weird) is annoying, but that's life I guess. On the plus side, I weighed today and only gained 0.6 lbs, managing to stay under 280, so that was a pleasant surprise. Week 2 - Monday  Goals - Did I do it?
