  1. Hi! If you don't mind to run and do some exercises no matter in the gym, in your flat or on the grass in the garden, you will be fine. I would recommend you to run 3 times a week at least 30 mins and 3 days of stretches and working on different groups of muscles. One day just rest. You can check on woman's fitness and find best exersices for yourself.
  2. I am thiking of buying one but I am wondering if I will stop enjoying my run if I get it. Sometimes I want to know how many miles I run and how long it takes, but maybe I will become obsessed with my own records...
  3. When I first tried it I couldn't taste anything. But I still kept the can in my fridge and put it on toasts. Now I love it. It gives energy when I am really tired.
