  2. I have a One and a Charge HR. I've found the the HR is wildly inaccurate for me and am going back to my One. I am intrigued by the Polar A360, but I think they're coming out with something newer late summer.
  3. Thanks!! and yeah, it wasn't awesome. The car missed hitting us, but hit the car right behind us. In other news, this week has been a mess, but I am still doing well. eating healthy food and right portions. I have discovered that eating in the evenings is a major downfall, but if I eat a nice sized breakfast and a large-ish lunch, then it usually isn't a problem.

  5. Ok, so I have been back on track for the most part. I was having problems tracking everything because my phone decided it wanted to be a brick when it grew up. I finally got a new phone and have since downloaded Habitica. LOVE LOVE LOVE. It definitely helps. Already thinking of my next challenge goals.

  7. Struggled this weekend. Had so much going on and was nearly in a car wreck. Back at it today, though.

  11. LOVE this post. I, too, am an app junkie. My mains are: MyFitnessPal FitBit Sworkit RockMyRun I love C25K and SL5x5. I have tried SOOO many apps and I am generally let down. I wish there was one that had everything, instead of having to have a suite.
  12. Definitely invest in a food scale. Then, weigh and track every single thing that goes into your mouth. EVERY. LITTLE. THING.

  14. Doing okay with my challenge. It's hard when life throws you a curve ball and you're supposed to be like yeah I got it oh, pass me some protein while you're at it. I can do this. starting something new is always work.

  16. Hello!!! I have been a long time follower of NF and have been wanted to dive in for a long time. I decided that I am done making excuses. While I am not a fitness newb, I am completely lost here. Orc (I'm assuming) Female 5'5 169 35% BF I am trying to become a Ranger with 21ish% BF For my first challenge: Diet -Eat a protein with one meal every day -Take one processed snack you have each day and replace it with a healthy protein, fruit, or vegetable Fitness -Walk every day (5 minutes) - this could even be in the form of standing up at your desk and walking around the office. Level Up Your Life (Pick One) -Say one positive thing to yourself each morning when you look in the mirror Any advice on how to track and stay accountable? Needing some help in those areas. Side note: I am also a mother to twin girls, they're about to be two. Oh, and I work full time, so maybe a future goal will be making more time for myself.
