  2. I haven't found anything I really like so I'm sticking to what I have been doing for a few weeks now. Dumbbell Preacher Curls 4 sets first 3 at 10 rep weight and last at 5 rep max Triceps press downs using a rope handle 4 sets first 3 at 10 rep weight and last at 5 rep max Seated Cable row 4 sets first 3 at 10 rep weight and last at 5 rep max Alternating front raises 4 sets of 10 at a safe weight usually around 20# Crusher grip goblet squats 4 sets of 10 @ 40#
  3. Week Zero - Bravo was easy for me since I have only followed 1 person on the Ranger boards before. Followed @Meushell @Terra @Jarric @Starpuck and @honeybadger

  5. Well laid out Challenge i Like it following along.
  6. July Update LIFE Study for my E7 Service wide examine. As I said before this is done for the year and my score was not competitive. I will start studying for next years SWE after the summer season. Pay off and save for trip. As I mentioned above I am planning a huge Disney World trip next December and would like to have it fully paid off and have a few grand put a side for souvenirs. Still working towards this working hard towards this. HEALTH Get down to 200lbs. The Coast Guard tells me my max allowable weight for a 6 foot male is 202lbs, so I'll try and get there before April, but if not I get taped out and have nothing to worry about since I am allowed 24% body fat and I am currently around Got down to 199 so this is changing now, New Goal is to bulk back to 205 but not increase my body fat Get off soda. I did so well the middle of last year and then holidays happened and well I'm back to drinking a soda almost everyday. This will once again take time to get around, but I will make it happen. This goal is my Achilles heel, I enjoy drinking soda. I think I will change this to limiting how much I drink. FITNESS Get inverted. I tried to be able to do a handstand by the end of 2016 but that didn't happen. This year it will. Haven't really done to much work towards this. One of my goals this year will focus on this not sure when though. Run 2 5k's in under 45 minute. Did my first 5k last year(Zombies, Run! virtual 5K) I enjoyed it and want to do more. Don't have another 5k scheduled yet I will have to look and see what is available. HOBBIES Read 12 books this year. First time doing a reading goal so 1 book a month is a good start for me. Yeah not going to talk about this one too much. I am quit a bit behind. It's may and I have finished 1.75 books. need to get on this. 365 Photography challenge. Take a picture a day for the whole year, I am currently 4 days behind and will catch up this weekend. ( I will post my photos in here everyday with what I took a picture of and the technique I used) Play on. Complete my back log of video games. I need to finish FFXV first play through and New Game +, Witcher 3, Dragons Dogma( New Game +), Get my Paladin to 110 in WoW and get a rogue to 110 as well. Started playing Elder Scrolls Online, a Khajiit Nightblade who is a Klepto. Currently at champion level 120ish goal for this month is Champion Level 200. Also later this month a game I have been following for 4+ years is coming out. FortNite is a a crafting building survival game where if match last 14 days(rounds)
  7. I think i have to go with Teleportation also and with Nightcrawlers take people with me ability. I would be at Disney World every week...
  8. Didn't get around to adding more story yet but I will. Yesterday was a great day has some good friends come over, did water play in the backyard with the kids; Water balloons squirt guns, kiddie pools sprinkler under the trampoline. Had Burgers for dinner, Ice Cream and Rice Crispy treats for dessert (I ate to many Rice Crispy treats). Today and Tomorrow I am working my last set of Night Shift for 2 weeks, next few weeks I'll be working a Swing Shift 9am to 9pm, then its back to nights for 2 more weeks. Tonight I will be going down to the gym and get lifting in. Not sure what I will do probably the same things i did last weekend Dumbbell Preacher Curls Triceps Presses Crusher Grip Squats Seated Rows.
  9. So I did decide to go down to the gym. Did Preacher EZ bar curls(65#), Rope handled triceps push-downs(150#), Seated Cable rows(225#) and Bench press(75#), all but the bench press was done at my current 5 round max. I think my arms will be dead when I wake up later this afternoon. I'll be adding more to the story tonight or tomorrow night.
  10. Myrik slips in to the Tavern keeping his cloak pulled tight and hood up heading for the dark corner he has spent so much time in. Once settled in he waits for the barmaid to come around and orders a bourbon on the rocks.
  11. Week Zero Alpha has come and gone. I got lots of lifting in this week but no set routine. Lots of curls, Cable pull downs for the Tri's and seated rows. This weekend has been a long one 3 12 hour watches in a row, and if i go down to the gym again tonight that will be 3 days in the gym in a row. If i do go down I will be doing Low rep high weight since i have the next 2 days off and can take both days as rest days before 2 more 12 hour watches and 2 more days in the gym. Have done much reading yet but I will start soon. No mileage added for this week hopefully next week will be more temperate and i can put some miles behind me.
  12. I refer to my wife as Mrs. M, and my littles are AIT(Assassins in Training) with might become RIT if I change to rangers full time.
  13. I would go with a Jackal, the whole Anubis look would freak people out.
  14. Grinder and the gang loaded up in “Phantom”. When Drone started her up Myrik learned how she earned that name, not a single sound came from the tank. “Best of luck you two. Remember we need 15 minutes to get out of the city.” “You got it boss we will set the timers for 25 minutes and harry them from the roof. Myrik grab that long rifle from the weapons locked and set the timer on the kit for 25 minutes and then head to the roof I’ll be up after I set the other timers.” Myrik grabbed the rifle, set the time and made his way to the roof. Once up there he set up the rifle like Shade taught him and kept look out for the Orks. He heard them before seeing them. Several on foot came around the corner hooting and hollering when the turrets popped free of their hidden alcoves and ripped into the Orks with abandon only a heartless machine could muster. The column of Orks stopped just outside of the detection range of the turrets. That didn’t stop Myrik from putting several down from the roof top before Shade appeared on the roof across from him with an assault cannon. With a clear view of the mob of Orks hiding just out of Myrik and the drone’s sights she unleashes the weapons righteous fury on the Orks when the tank came into view. Shade trained her sights on the tanks main cannon and drained the magazine, dropping behind cover she reloads the magazine checks her watch for time and puts a whole other magazine into the tank before calling out to Myrik “Time to go, cut the power to the turrets and head towards the east I’ll be right behind you.” Myrik did exactly as directed and heads towards the eastern edge of town looking back once to see Shade making her way towards him with two rucksacks and a 2 extra rifles. Just as she reaches Myrik the base and the whole block surrounding it go up in a large explosion followed by a second smaller one. “Well there tank is down, let hope Lone Star pins the damage and deaths on the Orks. Okay time to get going, we got about three hours of good light and I would like to be at least 15 miles from here before sunset. Here is your pack it has everything you’re going to need, also these packs share a link if we get separated we can find each other by using the link in the top pouch. You got all that? Good time to get going.” Okay now for the Challenge: Lift: My work schedule has changed an I am now on 12 hour shifts for the next 2 months at least which will allow me to workout in the base gym for an hour and a half every shift. I need to pick a weight lifting routine that will work for me but once i do I will follow it until the end of the month. Run/Swim/Bike: I need to keep with the cardo so these 3 things when I can. My goal will be 15 miles this month Read: I picked American Gods and will be reading that this month. Others: Keep track of my calories still even though I am going into a bulking phase just to stay in the routine Get my dashboard lights fixed. Find out why my bedroom is hotter than the rest of the house. Work on meal prep.

  21. Myrik and Shade make their way over the roof tops trailing the Orks. Myrik is barely able to keep up with Shade, who moves with an elegance and grace of a animal on the hunt. “Hold up,” “What’s up Shade” say Myrik coming to a low crouch next to her. “There, they are entering the old aqueducts”, “Should we follow?” Not tonight to risky they will be on high alert after making a threat like that. We will let a few days pass but keep eyes on this entrance and get Glitch to do a matrix run for the aqueducts plans. For now hang here I’m going to get Drone to bring a few RC’s to place around this area, should be back before Sun up.” Myrik settles in on the roof watching the entrance to the Orks hideout thinking about all the things that happened to him over the last few months, when he hears the something rumbling from below. He looks down to see a vehicle much like that in the Rascals hideout only 3 times its size. “By the Twelve that thing is heading for the base.” Myrik takes off at a full sprint leaping from building to building not worrying about being seen. He arrives at the hideout well ahead of the Orks war machine. Pounding on the door he shouts “Ripper open the door the Orks are coming this way in a huge War machine” Ripper opens the door letting Myrik in. “Tell us what you saw.” “That!” he says pointing to the hover tank in the hanger, “Only 3 times its size. We got about 10 minutes before it bust through the door.” “Alright team looks like we have out stayed our welcome you all know the drill. Myrik you are once again with Shade. Meet up in Sacramento.” “Well Myrik you drew the short straw with me, how is your long distance endurance we have about 140 miles of mountain terrain between us and Sacramento. “Why aren’t we taking the Tank with the rest of them?” “Because we are going to over their escape and then move on foot. We will actually beat them there because we won’t have to deal with the boarder stops and neither of us will be allowed through them. You aren’t from this world so you won’t have a SIN and me well let’s just say I’m no friend of the California Free State.” “What’s a SIN?” “SIN or System Identification Number, is how the Corporations and Governments keep track of people. Once we get into Sacramento we will get you a fake SIN that will allow you to move through the city without issues.”
