Cook dinner from scratch once per week
Fitness
5-min walk at least 6 days a week before work. Just 5 minutes! I can do this!
(ETA: this is in addition to my daily 30-minute yoga habit already in place)
Mindfulness
Adding in a morning meditation where I refocus daily. I've been very stressed lately and need to rein in my wild thoughts. Just 5 mins to start will do.
Level Up My Life
Study French for 30 minutes (half of my lunch) 5 days a week.
Before I forget, I'm going to set up some alarms so I actually remember to complete these challenges. This is it! I can feel it - I'm actually going to finish something I started.
