    Yesterday I had to have a sample of a caramel turtle, an oatmeal cookie, and a London fog.. My sugar cravings are here with me today! Do you ever ever have that feeling that you just don’t want to put up with the will power? You know that it takes a lot to say “no” to the cravings , that you just don’t want to waste your energy? i just want to give in today and say “ahhh f&@# it!” And eat all the chocolate in the case... Especially for the fact I work in a Coffee house with chocolates... i will probably be good, but man... I don’t want to care! I MUST!! I MUST CARE!! Other then that, did my breathing yesterday and today.

    I’m a 30 yr old mother, wife, and district manager. I love music, jokes, and stupid humor My goal Keep up with my Sugar streak I’m 14 days without it and I’m happily not looking back. Go to Ju Jitsu once a week Monday’s. Avoid Wheat but enjoy it when you do have it Your joints will thank you Wim Hof once a day Breath Cold therapy Random goal Decide on what gym to go to.. there’s a new cross fit gym that opened up that I’d like to check out Or go to the place I’m used to. I do have a question.. At a Cross fit gym do you have to do the workouts they plan out for you? Can you use the gym for your own workouts? Anyways! Now I’m just getting over the flu and I’m hoping by the 11th I’ll be pumped and ready to go!

    Update! sugar streak - got to 25 days without it! I enjoyed a vanilla matcha latte and some baked goods. Now I’m on day 2! Wim hof going well! About to jump into a cold shower now ! wheat, didn’t have any yesterday! Ju Jitsu, I need to change this one because we aren’t getting a membership this month. Oh!! So I made a “House Records” on Sunday. It’s how many sit ups, push ups, squats, hold breath, and planks. (Were also going to do how many marshmallows you can fit in your mouth) its a column with our names and we wrote it in pencil how many we did so we can continually break our own records! My 8yr. Old is at 42 push ups! I’m at 15! Lol but i hold the record of squats and planks, 102 squats and a plank 2 minutes and 5 seconds. anyways it’s neat to see my kids trying to break their records.     That video is so cute! And yes, very applicable. I tend to go towards the “I don’t deserve this” or “I’m not lovable” i may never ever say those exact words to myself but when I boil down my long conversation to myself, that is what I’m saying. Its really weird because I worked hard to get the position I’m in, then I worked hard to get my raise, and now that I have it, I feel like it’s more on the line then it was when I was making $4 less. I want to break this habit mind set. I am where i am I am today because of self improvement and being aware of how I present myself (I used to love to tell people “what I think of you”) anyways thank you for sharing your words as that video. Im facing today that I worked hard to where I am and I will enjoy it today

    Dude, I am not a huge breakfast eater (especially after finding out about intermittent fasting) I binged alot. Something I couldn't control. I would go for 3rds for dinner with a bowl of cereal (maybe 2) for dessert. This last 2 months, i've been incooparating really small breakfasts, a grapefruit, 1 egg and some mushrooms, 1 slice of toast even, I find myself at night eating dinner, and being done. I'm so happy you brought that up ! It's hard when intermittent fasting has so much good news on it, sometimes I don't think it's right for some of us. What are your thoughts?

    Maybe you are being told that, but man, you get to see what the longevity of living that way can do to you. The greatest thing our body can do is heal itself and it can do it quick. Now it may take 1-2 years to get to where you want to go, but think about that for a minute.. Of all the years you've been unhealthy, it ONLY takes a year or two to find a better mind and body.

    Tisk tisk.... bean, here’s my motherly love... You get sleep! If not tonight, tomorrow! Sleep should be priority! You exert sooo much energy for everyone else, you gotta work in, let your body re-coop from all the chaos! And your body does that naturally, when you sleep... ok, shutting off my motherly rant!     Sugarbuster... I like it!! Today i I enjoy a homemade scone with dried fruit and a bowl of cereal. After Saturday I’m going to go fully back on it and I’m going to go a little more hard core. for example I’ll have a juice with fizzy water or I’ll eat dates, but I’ve noticed when I do have that, the next day I crave sugar than I’m using all my will power to say no which takes away from my will power to workout, stay positive, etc., I’m excited! Thanks man! My purpose is to be a good mom and wife, but to do that I must do what I love. I think it’s a good plan too. This battle is weird, I told my husband I feel like the dog that finally caught the car, I’m not sure what to do with it! my whole life I’ve wanted a loving home, good job, and healthy self. I have all of that! (Could always be healthier but you know what I mean) Anyways, I finally have it and I don’t know what to do next.... After today though, through mediation, journaling, and talking to my hub, I’ve realized I need to feel purpose and I want to have the purpose of being a mom. I’ve lost wanting to be a good mom, I’ve just been living and not having my intention on being a good mom. Being a good mom is hard for your psyche. It takes patience and sacrifice. This is enough grit to get me focused and moving. anyways my day off has been great! I’m ready to face my day tomorrow and enjoy life.

    Nice man!! empowerment, that is a good word. Ive been enjoying the word “grit” and “perseverance” Empowerment is nice in the fact that we can not only empower ourselves but other people by just being kind to them. you sound like your a really kind person. There’s not a lot of those peeps around. I’m glad that your favorite word is Empowerment.^_^

    There was someone I was listening to about breaking habits and he talked about knowing what you want and start living like that person. example: I want to be a successful business women, what would a successful business women do in the day? What would she eat for breakfast? What would she do with her time? so with an active, Lean, healthy women do for breakfast? What would she do for her day? Etc., it’s a neat exercise.
