  1. Appreciate the welcome! Typically one Bp a day about 3/4 movements per. Reps stay between 6/12 per set. I run about 5/6 times a week in the ams. (Usually 6-10 miles each time.) I like to try and get 40 miles in a week.
  2. Hello! Just gotta say this forum looks awesome!!!! I have worked out forever. Currently I weight train and run to do half marathons. My last half was two weeks ago and I have another in three. I'd love to get involved in the ranking system. Help!!!!!
  3. As a newb (literally my first post) id like to jump into this thread. Ive been running since last june and did my first half marathon last sunday (1hr39min). Id like to interact and keep up with y'all and hopefully get some push!!!
