  1. Question: Will you be doing this 5k on your hands?
  2. Sorry about that, my brain had turned to mush after a day of studying.
  3. Has anyone heard of this/tried it out? It seems to be a combination of a "light" WOD with an endurance WOD thrown in so that you get a combination of the two 'disciplines' rather than straight up crossfit. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm thinking about giving it a go. Also: In their tech section they have quite a lot of things regarding correct biomechanics for running/swimming etc.
  4. Personally, I'd say being fit encompasses a number of different areas. 1. Strength 2. Endurance 3. Flexibility 4. Speed & agility I don't know when one achieves sufficient proficiency in any of these categories. I guess one should look at how able they are at mobilising their person in the event of an emergency, can you run to help? Lift something off a friend? Perhaps the NF community may want to lay out benchmarks for fitness?

  6. I've wanted to try krav maga for a while and have never learnt a martial art before, can someone break down for me what a regular session looks like?

  8. I've been following NF for quite a while now and decided to finally officially join up. Today I am celebrating one month of exercise and a healthier diet (mainly paleo but I do throw in small portions of whole grains for energy) . I can now run four miles without stoping and I'm doing 50 sit-ups, push ups and dips each day in addition to playing water-polo for my uni. I can see and feel the difference and am looking forward to continue levelling up my life.
