  1. Is there some workout plan similar to DDP yoga? I really love doing it, but i feel that i need to diversify my workouts because doing the same all time tends to get boring
  2. Hi. I'm new to meditation because I'm looking for something that help me with some mental heatlh issues that I've got (I need to control my anxiety levels). For now, I'm using youtube videos with guided meditations, but they are in spanish and from a nerd point of view I've been reading books from www.sirimangalo.com. There are some resources for meditation learning that i find very good.
  3. The main idea in functional training is to do exercises with natural movements that involves a lot of muscles of your body at the same time. It is like crossfit without the olympic weightliftings, so it's more difficult to get injured. After a year in a crossfit box I moved to functional training in my home watching youtube videos and I prefer that. It's cheaper and you got the comfort of your home.
  4. I'm Carlos and I am 26 years old. I want to join to the rebellion because it's becoming too difficult for me being regular with my training and eating habits, so I'm looking for some help and being in a community for that purpose I think it's great. Well, now I am a karate kid, but ultimately i'm getting tired of it, i feel that it is not suited for me so I'm trying to find another activities that help me being healthy and motivated -I don't want my chair to be my favorite place-. So, I guess i'm going to say more about me and knowing more about you on another topics. Sorry for my english but it's not my native language and I'm still learning. Cheers.
