Hey guys,I was wondering what's the best way to recover after a workout?Do you take any supplements and if yes, which ones and what for?If not, what method do you use to recover muscle and joints mainly? I know I should eat food that contains proteins and maybe omega 3.Anyways, I'm quite ignorant in this, so any advice you have will be welcomeThanks!
