Week 0: March 12th - 18th
First off I'd like to thank you guys for your support, I'm bad at replying to messages so sorry for taking so long. This first "prep week" went pretty well.
Goal One: Highly Hydrated
6/7 Days without fizzy drinks/sugary coffee
I did drink a small sprite on the 15th
Goal Two: Lavish Lunches
1/1 I packed a yummy salad, fruit, and some nuts for lunch on the 16th
Goal Three: Zombies, Run!
0/1 No excuses, I just didn't run this week.
Goal Four: Sleeping Beauty
6/7 I'm still giving myself points even though I've been sleeping 12-8am because that's better than 2-3am - 9-10am
For the next four weeks I"ll be aiming for 11.30pm-12am
